Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique during which the client receives healing energy from the hands, palms and fingers of the practitioner. The practitioner follows standard hand positions along both sides of the body and the client is clothed during treatment. It is a deeply relaxing treatment, which alleviates pain, clears energy blockages and corrects chakric imbalances.

Cupping
Cupping is a healing method that developed over time in China and Egypt, eventually spreading throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas. Glass or plastic cups are applied to the skin using heat or a simple hand pump to create suction. The suction gently lifts skin and superficial muscle into the cup, holding it there until it is released. Cupping is commonly used to alleviate pain, ease gastro-intestinal disorders, resolve chronic coughs and asthma, release stiff muscles, and to assist with detoxification.

Gua Sha
Gua Sha, also known as scraping, is a Chinese healing method that is especially useful for alleviating pain due to stiff muscles. A specific herbally-infulsed oil is first applied to the skin, and then a blunt edged instrument, commonly made of jade, is pulled along the skin. Results are often felt immediately, as the scraping promotes circulation and reduces inflammation.

Moxibustion
Moxibustion is a warming soothing therapy that corrects imbalances by moving energy and blood. During a moxibustion treatment a moxa stick is held above the skin over the affected area or over relevant meridian points. Alternatively, loose moxa is placed in a special container and gently rolled over a cloth along the lower back or abdomen to relieve various cramps and muscle pain. This pleasant therapy is also traditionally used for lung congestion, joint pains, and poor digestion.
